Current Status:
The Buzzard Complex is currently managed by Oregon Interagency Incident Management Team 4 (Brian J. Watts).The fires are located 45 SE of Burns, OR.
Estimated Acreage:                                        395,747
Containment:                                                    90 percent
Cause and Date Started:                               Lightning 7/14/2014


Resources on the Fire: 
20-person fire crews:3
Helicopters:  3
Engines:   14
Total Personnel: 450
Fire Information:
Buzzard Complex resources are currently assisting local units with multiple Initial Attack fires.
Resources continue to be demobed and reassigned or returned to home for rest before next assignment.
Fire maps no longer needed for operations are being donated to Harney County Search and Rescue.
Extra batteries and non-perishable food from bag lunches will be donated to Crane Union High School.
Fire Weather:
It rained over a majority of the fire on Tuesday.  Some areas received up to 2" of precipitation.
A dry cold front is expected to pass over the fire area today. An increase in wind is anticipated.
