Northwest Fire Potential Summary:

Westerly general winds will significantly increase east of the Cascades today as the weather pattern shifts. Expect cooler temperatures today but not much change in humidity on the east side. The increase in wind today translates into greater potential for increased fire activity for ongoing incidents on the east side. Cooler and wetter weather will follow later this week
