Seasonal conditions with generally light winds. Lightning in southeast Oregon. Light, widely scattered precipitation on the west side. Dry east of the coastal range. Moderate initial attack yesterday.  1 new large fire in Washington and slight increase in containment on existing fires. Type 2 IMT Rabe ordered for Sutherland Fire in WA.
