Hot and dry on the east side and seasonal conditions on the west side. A few lightning strikes in Northeast Oregon along the Idaho border. Light initial attack yesterday with 4 new large fires reported. IMT2, Team 12, Harrod, was ordered for the Ana Fire in Southeast Oregon.

Northwest Fire Potential Summary
Seasonal temperatures can be expected across the area through Tuesday. Breezy winds will be a concern through today. Weather will remain dry with temperatures increasing into the weekend. The potential for thunderstorms increases towards the weekend as monsoon moisture moves into the area. Significant fire potential will elevate thru the week with high risk developing as thunderstorms move in.
