3/25/2020 NW Geographic Area move to PL2

Given the deployment of multiple IMTs for COVID-19 support in the Geographic Area as well as other complexities that may influence geographic area capability, the NW moved to a Preparedness Level  2 at 1100 on March 25, 2020.

Northwest Activity Summary
Early in the week light and widespread precipitation coverage across the Region occurred. As the week progressed, Oregon continued to receive light precipitation coverage over the mountain ranges and high desert. The buildup of cool and dry air in Washington kept temperatures below average while the cloudy conditions in Oregon kept temperatures below average with light winds. Prescribed fire activity increased in agricultural areas in Central Washington. Light initial attack activity reported.
