Northwest Weather Highlights / Fire Potential:

A cold front will be pushing slowly eastward across the region today and Thursday. A significant wetting rain is expected for all areas west of the Cascades and numerous showers and a few thundershowers expected east of the cascades. A trough will linger on into Saturday likely resulting in a continuation of scattered showers and thundershowers east of the cascades.
