Northwest Weather Highlights / Fire Potential:

Dry and mild southwesterly flow over the region. There appears to be a weak upper level disturbance that will move eastward through the area today and could result in some lightning in eastern Oregon. IA activity is expected to be on the light side with this system with minimal threat for any large fires. Current focus is on potential for windier conditions toward the end of the week along with better chance for some lightning in eastern Washington.
