Northwest Fire Potential Summary:

We expect a rather quiet week for new fire activity. A mild airmass with higher humidity will temper burning conditions. Scattered thundershowers may cause some light IA activity east of the Cascades today but will not pose much of a threat for new large fires. After a slight warming trend mid-week another “low” moves in for next weekend which will likely introduce more showers/thundershowers and cooler weather again.
