Northwest Activity Summary

Cool temperatures yesterday with many areas under cloudy skies with breezy to windy conditions. Showers were more prevalent in the northwest and diminished to no precipitation in the south and southeast. Light initial attack yesterday with two new large fires reported in eastern Washington. ODF Team 3 (Smith/Cline) and OSFM Green Team (Hallman) assumed command on the Akawana Fire.
