Northwest Fire Potential Summary
Drying conditions and breezy winds are expected through the remainder of the weekend. Elevated spread potential in rangeland fuels particularly in Central and Eastern Oregon and Washington. Southwest Oregon will continue to dry under the influence of a thermal trough but offshore flow should subside today. Temperatures will cool into Sunday and Monday but begin to warm again by mid-week. There is some potential for isolated thunderstorms in Central and Southeastern Oregon as early as Monday but there is a fair amount of uncertainty on how this will set up.
