Northwest Activity Summary
Cloudy and cool yesterday with moderate precipitation on the west side and scattered light precipitation on the east side. Over the past 24 hours, very light initial attack. No growth on existing large fires. Two prescribed fires reported in Washington for 275 acres, none in Oregon. Multiple units with planned prescribed fires.

Minam OR-WWF-001084. 15 miles west of Joseph, OR. Start 10/1. Monitor and Full Suppression. Cause: Human. 750 acres (+0). 0% completed. Timber. Minimal fire behavior with interior torching. Transfer of command to ICT4 planned for today. Limited threats reported. Continue confinement on the east flank, mop-up and monitor.
East Maury OR-OCF-000624. ICT3. 11 miles SE of Post, OR. Start 9/29. Full Suppression. Cause: Human. 1,445 acres (-116). 50% containment. Timber and slash. Minimal fire behavior. Transfer of command to ICT4 planned for tomorrow. Secure containment lines and mop-up. Anticipated containment end of shift Friday. Reduction in acreage due to better mapping.

Northwest Fire Potential Summary
Showery and cool fall like weather can be expected for much of the upcoming week with warming to near normal in Southern Oregon over the weekend. Significant fire potential remains low.
