Northwest Fire Potential Summary
An upper ridge moves in Friday leading to warmer and drier conditions Friday and Saturday.  Frontal passage Sunday brings stronger winds and a chance of thunderstorms in the Cascades and east, elevating risk of significant fires in the Columbia basin.  Combination of fire danger indices, weather patterns, and ignition potential show low potential for significant fires through the forecast period except for slightly elevated potential in rangelands east of the Cascades.

Lists fires (of any size) that singly utilize Monitor, Confine or Point Zone Protection suppression strategies, or use Multiple Suppression Strategies (which may also include a Full Suppression component).
