Over the weekend, showery and moist conditions were observed over much of the region.  No initial attack was reported and little growth occurred on existing large fires. Prescribed burning planned on the Fremont-Winema NF over the next serval days.

Klondike. OR-RSF-000354. IMT2, NW Team 12 (Harrod). 9 mi NW of Selma, OR. Start 7/15. Full Suppression. Cause: Lightning. 167,423 acres (+390). 72% containment. Minimal fire behavior. Timber.  Evacuation notices. Road, trail and area closures. Precipitation occurred over the fire area over the weekend.  Suppression repair work continues.

Northwest Fire Weather Summary
Cool, cloudy weather with decreasing precipitation will prevail across the region today with clearing and drying heading into tomorrow.  A warming and drying trend will arrive later in the week with gusty offshore flow anticipated for the west side.  Check the latest NWS fire weather planning forecast for details in your area.

Northwest Fire Potential Summary
Fire danger will remain too low through the forecast period to sustain risk of new significant fires.
