Northwest Fire Potential Summary
An autumn-like weather pattern today will bring precipitation west of the Cascades and chances of mountain showers east of the Cascades. An upper level ridge builds this weekend creating warm and dry conditions with hot weather in southwest Oregon. The next trough starts to affect the region around mid-week, bringing cooler weather. Significant fire potential will slowly rise through early next week before moderating by mid-week.
