Northwest Fire Potential Summary
Warm weather today and tomorrow with thunderstorms likely south and east of Mount Jefferson. Thunderstorms today will be wetter in eastern locations and tomorrow’sthunderstorms will be even wetter. The Low moves out of the region on Thursday with high pressure building in the four corners area and putting us under a dry southwest flow. There is still some potential for thunderstorms in Eastern Oregon after Wednesday. Conditions will warm through the weekend. High risk of significant fire potential will remain on the northern and eastern fringes of the thunderstorm activity today and tomorrow and is probable if thunderstorm threat solidifies in other areas after Wednesday.

See your local NWS fire weather planning forecast for the weather details and any Red Flag Warnings in your area.
