Cooler than normal temperatures, showers and breezy conditions will persist through the week as a series of weather systems traverse the region. Sustained winds in excess of 20mph are likely east of the Cascades as one of the stronger impulses passes through tomorrow afternoon. Some of these weather systems will bring showers on both sides of the Cascades. Check the latest NWS guidance for details in your area.

Northwest Fire Potential Summary
Fire danger will continue to drop over the next few days due to the cool, moist weather. Low risk for new large fires or increased activity on existing large fires with the expected weather and fire danger pattern.
