Northwest Activity Summary
The weekend brought cooler and wet conditions to most of the region. West of the Cascades received periods of heavy rains while the eastern portion of the region received wetting to trace amounts of precipitation.  Initial attack remains light with little growth on existing large fires. No prescribed burning was recorded over the weekend.

Klondike. OR-RSF-000354. IMT2, NW Team 8 (Johnson). 9 mi NW of Selma, OR. Start 7/15. Full Suppression. Cause: Lightning. 175,258 acres (+812). 80% containment. Minimal fire behavior. Timber.  Structures threatened. Evacuation notices. Road, trail and area closures. Precipitation occurred over the fire. Transfer of command to IMT2, NW Team 8 (Johnson) occurred 10/28 @ 1900.
