Northwest Fire Weather Summary
Dry weather on Friday but light rain will creep into western Washington on Friday night and into northwest Oregon on Saturday. Drying returning on Sunday. General winds will pick up east of the Cascades on Saturday as the weather system moves through, but humidity is not expected to be low for the majority of the area east of the Cascades.
Northwest Fire Potential Summary
No critical combinations of fire danger, wind, humidity and excessive ignitions are foreseen through the weekend. Significant fire potential appears low. Fire behavior concerns will be in fine fuels with exposed slopes and accumulations of thatch.
