Northwest Fire Potential Summary:
Westerly winds will increase in the Columbia Basin and Columbia Gorge on Friday but critical combinations of low humidity and fire danger are not expected. Winds will reverse to northeast or east on Saturday as a different weather pattern moves over Oregon and Washington. This will result in showers and possibly a few thundershowers. Large fire potential remains low.
