Northwest Weather Highlights / Fire Potential:
A dry southwesterly flow will be over the region today. The thermal trough has shifted eastward resulting in weak onshore flow west of the Cascades. Our next focus is on an incoming trough Wednesday and Thursday which will give us windy conditions east of the Cascades along with an increasing chance for showers and thundershowers.
