CAMP CREEK FIRE

Current Status:The fire is located approximately 9 miles SE of Juntura, OR. Brian J. Watts' Oregon Interagency Incident Management Team 4 assumed command at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2014.
Estimated Acreage:                   5,300 acres
Containment:                           40 percent
Cause:                                      Lightning
Date Started:                            7/23/2014
Resources on the Fire:
20-person fire crews:                  3
Helicopters:                               2
Engines:                                    15
Total Personnel:                                     51

Fire Information:
Construct direct and indirect containment lines and mop-up.
Fire is expected to back down slope on south flank.

Fire Weather:
A cool, dry and stable air mass will settle over the Camp Creek Fire, with winds easing through the day.

BUZZARD COMPLEX
Current Status:
The Buzzard Complex is currently managed by Oregon Interagency Incident Management Team 4 (Brian J. Watts).The fires are located 45 SE of Burns, OR.

Containment:                           95 percent
Cause:                                      Lightning

Fire Information:
Rehabilitation continued today. ORIIMT4 assumed command of the Camp Creek Fire at 5 p.m. on July 24.
Fire Weather:A cool, dry and stable air mass will settle over the Buzzard Complex, with the winds easing through the day.
