Mild and with showery weather west of the Cascades and north of the Umpqua Divide. Dry weather east of the Cascades with poor humidity recovery in the Okanogan Valley. Light initial attack with a 90 acre fire reported on the Ochoco NF. Around 370 acres of prescribed burning was reported and 6 prescribed burns are planned.

Northwest Fire Potential Summary
Cooler and showery weather can be expected for much of the work week as an area of low pressure settles over the Northwest. Some light to moderate snow is possible in the mountains. A slow warming trend and drier weather will arrive for the weekend and early next week with showery weather looking to return around Tuesday. Significant fire potential remains low through the period.
