The National Weather Service has a Red Flag Warning in place today for much of the Columbia River Basin, east of the Cascade Range in Oregon and Washington states. The warning is for a combination of low humidity and gusty winds. Cooler temperatures are expected later this week but humidity will remain low and winds will continue to be gusty.
