Northwest Activity Summary
The Coastal Ranges continued to receive light precipitation while northwest Washington had wetting rains. Along the Cascade mountains and east of the Divide, coverage was light while southeast Oregon had moderate levels of rain. Lightning tracked across central Oregon, the Ochocos and Blue Mountains. Temperatures were average, winds were light to moderate and cloud cover prevailed. Initial attack activity was light.

Northwest Fire Weather Summary
Showers and isolated wet thundershowers will continue on Saturday decreasing on Sunday. General winds will remain mainly from the west over central Oregon and central Washington. Temperatures cooler than average through the weekend. See your local NWS planning forecast for details in your area.
Northwest Fire Potential Summary
While damp conditions will keep significant fire potential generally low through the forecast period. Fire behavior concerns will remain low for the next few days with possible activity in basins and rangelands.
