Northwest Fire Potential Summary:

A pacific frontal system will move across the region today bringing cooler temperatures, rain and wind. Less wind is expected than Saturday’s frontal system but more rainfall will migrate east of the Cascades. Isolated wet thunderstorms are possible in northeastern Washington by the afternoon. The combination of moisture and cooler conditions will diminish fire potential across the area through the week.
