Northwest Fire Potential Summary:
A mostly dry southwesterly flow will be over the area today. Thunderstorms will likely return, mainly to Eastern Oregon, on Friday. Then as we progress toward next week lightning chances will begin to increase over the entire region as a trough sets up offshore returning the entire region to a more moist and unstable southerly flow.More info, see NW 7-Day Significant Fire Potential Forecast, and National 7-Day Significant Fire Potential Forecast
