Firefighters on the Cable Crossing Fire continued to gain ground on the fire. The fire is now completely trailed and estimated at 1,750 acres and 30 percent contained. As a precautionary measure, the level one evacuation notice remains in effect on Little River Road from the Peel Store to the Wolf Creek Trail Head and along Highway 138 in the vicinity of Evergreen Lane to Honeycut Road.
