Northwest Fire Weather Summary
Fire weather conditions on Sunday will be mostly sunny and mild east of the Cascades and partly cloudy over much of the west side. Expect temperatures, humidity and wind near seasonal normal. On Sunday night and Monday another weak cold front will move into region spreading light rain into western Washington and sections of northwest Oregon. Cooler and moister conditions are likely to follow through much of the new week with occasional showers and a few wet thundershowers over sections of the region at times.

Northwest Fire Potential Summary
Fire danger is declining as the cooler and moister weather pattern settles in over the region this week. The potential for new large fires is correspondingly diminished to background levels due to lack of critical weather and fire danger combinations.

Note: The cooler temperatures and occasional precipitation over the Cascades may pose weather exposure risks for fire personal during the coming week.
