Northwest Fire Weather Summary
Sunny and dry for the majority of the geographic area on Sunday and Monday. Light general winds for most of the region except for sections of southwest Oregon where northerly general winds are likely to be stronger. Temperature and humidity near seasonal normal. Check local NWS fire weather planning forecasts for weather details.

Northwest Fire Potential Summary
ERC is at or above average across much of the region. Nevertheless, without lightning or consistent strong winds across the landscape the potential for new large fires with high resource demand is low. However, continued active burning is possible where winds and terrain align mainly in southwest Oregon and north central Washington. Longer range outlooks suggest burning conditions may drop below average later next week.
