The southwest corner of the control line is complete. Crews have been conducting rehabilitation work which includes chipping brush and debris from felled trees, and blowing the chips into the black side of the control line (the side of the control line nearest the fire).
The west side control line is at approximately 85% complete with piled brush and debris for chipping and blowing into the black side of the line.
The north control line is 60% complete, and several pieces of heavy equipment including feller bunchers, masticators, and skidders (used to stack logs that have been felled) are being demobilized and released from the incident. There are still about three days of work to finish prepping the control line on the north.
The south control line is having brush and debris piled for chipping and throwing into the black.
